We held an Info/Q&A session in early October to talk about what to expect over the next nine months. Here is the recording along with the What is Body Trust handout. At the end of the recording, we encourage you to think about what Body Trust means to you.

We're also sending along this Participant Guide with the School schedule as well as some recommended reading and resources. Please do not share this guide with people outside of our program.
